Just a stone's throw from Namur station, this new major project can be described in a few words:

• Six buildings, including a hotel (102 rooms), offices, a student residence, and an underground parking lot totaling 39,000 m²;
• BREEAM Very Good certification for the offices;
• A temporary association construction site with Thomas & Piron Bâtiment, WUST, and BPC Group;

(And a quirky project nickname due to the shape of the land: "the zucchini")

But it's also a project in which Cooperlink Construction Hub has contributed by enabling exchanges and collaboration:

• 📌 13,800 documents uploaded;
• 📌 9 connected partners;
• 📌 2,200 workflows launched;
• 📌 1,100 documents validated;
• 📌 923 documents in the As-Built, fully generated by Cooperlink
