A complex documentation process and strong contractual obligations

Each actor remains the owner of their information while sharing it with others when necessary. This dossier evolves continuously throughout construction and becomes automatically an as- built dossier at the end of the works, without additional manual effort. The structure and organisation of the information can be easily adapted according to partners’ needs, allowing for a continuously updated and fully evolutionary dossier.

On a daily basis, Maxime Dohet uses Cooperlink during site meetings to visualise the status of approvals, track the evolution of technical submissions, read the meeting minutes shared on the platform, consult the architect’s comments in real time and follow approvals as discussions unfold. This gives immediate visibility into the progress of documents and facilitates coordination among stakeholders.
