Quentin, 25, a Master’s student in IT Systems Architecture at HEPL, completed his end-of-studies internship at Cooperlink, focusing on artificial intelligence applied to document management: ✅ Automated field entry for thousands of documents ✅ Detection of title blocks on drawings using YOLO and extraction of metadata (title, revisions, authors, etc.) ✅ Processing of technical sheets and reports using LLMs (Mistral AI – European data sovereignty & GDPR compliance) ✅ Improved user experience by reducing repetitive tasks ✅ Integration within an ISO 27001 certification process to ensure data security 👉 An applied research project paving the way for intelligent automation that respects data sovereignty.
